Job Summary
The Summer Employment Opportunity Program (SEOP) provides temporary summer employment opportunities to children step-children and spouses of Mayo Clinic employees enrolled in a college degree granting program of study and is intended to help supervisors accommodate employee vacation requests when seasonal work volumes are high.
This position will assist the Multidisciplinary Simulation Center and Procedural Skills Mastery Lab with activities surrounding pre and post simulation events running simulation related equipment performing routine maintenance on all Simulation Center equipment assisting with inventory management and supporting activities as assigned to maintain quality and effective front desk to assist with course withAdministrative Assistant or Program Manager to enter course data.
**Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Also Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
Qualifications
Must be a child step-child or spouse of a current Mayo Clinic employee.
Must be currently enrolled in a degree granting program.
Must be returning to college in the fall.
Must be able to work a minimum of 10 weeks.
Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program
SEOP employees should not expect vacation/days-off to be approved during their commitment.
