We are hiring for our client a highly successful multi-site business based in Belfast who are seeking a permanent hands-on HR Manager to manage their full HR function.
This is a standalone role ideal for someone highly organised and confident in both administrative and managerial responsibilities.
As an HR Manager you will oversee the day-to-day HR activities across recruitment onboarding employee relations policy management compliance performance issues and provide support to line managers across the business.

The Role
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding contracts probation reviews and offboarding
- Maintain accurate HR records personnel files and systems documentation
- Support managers with employee relations matters including absence performance disciplinary grievance and general HR guidance
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and internal policies
- Produce HR reports monitor key people metrics and support payroll processes
- Drive consistent HR standards across the business
The Person
- CIPD qualified (or working towards)
- 3 years relevant HR experience at Senior HR Generalist/Advisor or HR Manager level
- Experience in production-led warehouse distribution or retail environments (essential)
- Strong knowledge of NI and ROI employment legislation
- Passionate about supporting people and operational HR activities
- Excellent communication relationship-building and organisational skills
