Key Account Manager Savoury & Snacks - Your future position

Are you looking to make an impact through flavour and taste innovation in the dynamic Savoury & Snacks segment

As aKey Account Manager based in Milton Keynes United Kingdom you will be an essential strategic partner to leading food and beverage manufacturers driving growth through customer collaboration and market-focused strategies.

In this role you will leverage your business acumen customer insight and strong relationship skills to deliver value-added solutions tailored to local and regional needs.

The role reports to our Sales Director Savoury & Snacks UK & Ireland

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Givaudans business activities for assigned key accounts within the Savoury & Snacks segment.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director Savoury & Snacks UK & Ireland and local Technical and Marketing teams to develop and implement account development plans (ADPs) aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers positioning Givaudan as their preferred partner for taste and flavour innovation.
  • Develop communicate and implement strategic ADPs sales forecasts and budgets for each key account supported by clear KPIs to monitor performance.
  • Manage the brief pipelineensuring both quality and volume of projectsto achieve account growth plans.
  • Defend and expand base business through proactive engagement with customers and timely response to market opportunities.
  • Negotiate agreements within corporate guidelines managing commercial terms such as pricing credit and rebates effectively.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution from concept to scale-up and market launch.

Your professional profile includes:

  • University degree in Food Technology Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5years of successful B2B sales or key account management experience within the food or related industry dealing with branded and private label manufacturers.
  • Further experience of operating within QSR Foodservice channels would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong strategic planning budgeting and forecasting capabilities for key accounts.
  • Deep understanding of customer strategies market priorities and the competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to identify and convert unmet customer needs into new business opportunities.
  • Skilled negotiator with sound knowledge of profitability management.
  • Collaborative team player experienced in cross-functional work within a global matrix environment.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Willingness to travel within the UK & Ireland as required.
