Job Summary
Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale computer visiondriven returns grading as a core capability partnering with Science Ops Product Finance and external vendors to reduce cost to serve and improve customer experience. Drive end-to-end program ownership across image capture model inference and workflow integration including coordination with procurement infrastructure and data collection partners to enable high-quality scalable deployments.
Own operational excellence across pilots and production rollouts by identifying opportunities to automate evidence collection defect detection and decision-making. Define and deliver a multi-year roadmap across Established and Emerging Marketplaces ensuring solutions scale with increasing volume and complexity.
Drive alignment with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders influencing scope trade-offs and prioritization. Establish clear milestones delivery timelines and review mechanisms to track progress and business impact.
Leverage metrics to deep dive into model performance operational bottlenecks and defect trends; implement audit mechanisms and course corrections to meet business goals. Partner closely with Science Tech Ops and external stakeholders to deliver scalable high-quality solutions.
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
