Overview
- This position may be offered as either a contract-to-hire or a regular full-time role depending on your overall experience and the technical competencies demonstrated during the interview process.
- This is a scheduled drive application. Kindly proceed with your application only if you meet the job requirements and are currently based out of Pune or Mumbai.

Your role
Commercial & Cost Management
- Manage project budgets cost plans and cost tracking throughout the construction phase.
- Prepare monthly cost reports forecasts and cash flow projections.
- Monitor cost performance and identify variances with root cause analysis.
Contract Administration
- Administer post contract obligations in accordance with contract conditions (FIDIC/JCT/NEC or equivalent).
- Draft and issue relevant contractual notices (EOT claims variations).
- Maintain robust documentation and audit trails.
Measurement & Valuation
- Carry out quantity measurements using drawings or BIM models for IFT IFC drawings.
- Prepare and review monthly and final valuations and certify contractor payments.
- Evaluate subcontractor invoices and verify final quantities.
Change & Claims Management
- Evaluate variations maintain a change register and prepare justification documents.
- Assess time and cost impacts of changes.
- Support preparation and evaluation of claims and dispute resolution submissions.
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with project teams contractors subcontractors and consultants.
- Participate in progress meetings and provide commercial updates.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
About you
- Strong relevant working experience and knowledge of post contract QS processes.
- Proficiency in measurement software (CostX or similar).
- Solid understanding of construction methods and contract legislation.
- Strong negotiation analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / related field.
- Relevant experience in buildings infrastructure or mixed-use projects.
- Middle East Post Contract experience is an added advantage.
- Minimum 0709 years of relevant experience in Post Contract Projects.
