Ensure to deliver Day 1 deliverables delivered on time
The Payroll Assistant will be responsible for working closely with the IND payroll GERM accounting and FOAA.
Work with internal/external teams to drive process improvements and reduce the accounting variances.
Should be flexible with shifts.
Should have IND Payroll knowledge.
- Bachelors degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com)
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 3 years of relevant field experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Payroll or Accounting knowledge Flexible to work in shifts
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- 3 years of finance operations/shared services accounts payable account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience
- Masters degree or Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related field
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities
