The Opportunity
We are now looking for a dedicatedHSE Specialistto join our Service organization in this role you will support our Local Service Unit by driving a strong safety culture ensuring compliance with Hitachi Energy standards and enabling continuous improvement across our operations. You will work closely with managers technicians and global HSE functions to strengthen learning prevent incidents and enhance overall HSE performance.
You will join a newly formed Service business unit where we are building structures standards and culture for the future. This gives you a unique chance to influence how we work with HSE from day one.
How Youll Make an Impact
Promote a proactive HSE culture by guiding employees and managers in daily HSE decisions.
Lead and support incident reporting investigations and followup on lessons learned.
Conduct internal HSE audits and ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy standards and local legal requirements.
AnalyzeHSE performance using digital tools (PowerBI Intelex) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Facilitate risk assessments training activities and ensure appropriate HSE tools and equipment are available and used.
Drive implementation of HSE programs initiatives and progress toward key HSE objectives andKPIs.
Your Background
Experience working in HSE roles within industrial service production or technical environments.
Strong understanding of incident management risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
Ability to coach train and support managers and employees in HSE topics.
Confidence in working with data dashboards and digital HSE systems (PowerBI Intelex or similar).
Structured proactive and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities.
Fluent in English; Swedish is a strong merit.
