Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative inVaggerydto manage customer orders from receipt through delivery and act as a key liaison between Sales Customers and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders via email and phone
- Enter and manage orders in the ERP system including complex and export orders
- Check stock availability and confirm reliable delivery dates
- Communicate order status delays and changes to customers
- Manage delivery documentation (delivery notes CMR) and coordinate with carriers
- Maintain and update customer master data pricing discounts and documentation
- Support claims credit notes and customer inquiries
- Send technical documentation safety data sheets and catalogues
- Support onboarding and training of new Customer Service team members
Qualifications
- Secondary education required; Customer Service qualification preferred
- Experience in Customer Service and ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel)
- Highly organized autonomous and customer-oriented
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player flexible and open to change
Advanced proficiency in English and Swedish language (written & spoken)
