Job Summary

Role at a Glance We are seeking aManager Revenue Operations to lead and evolve our billing accounts receivable and revenue recognition functions during an exciting period of transformation. This role is ideal for a driven collaborative leader who enjoys implementing meaningful process improvements and influencing others to adopt new ways of we undergo an ERP implementation and explore automation through AI-enabled tools this role will play a critical part in strengthening revenue processes improving cash flow and partnering with business leaders to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition. You will lead a team of Project Accountants and AR Coordinators and act as a key bridge between Finance and our business This Role MattersRevenue Operations sits at the heart of our this role you will:Ensure accurate and timely billing and revenue recognitionImprove cash collection and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)Strengthen credit practices and client risk managementBring clarity consistency and accountability to revenue and billing processesChampion process improvements automation and AIenabled solutionsDevelop and mentor a highperforming teamHelp shape how we operate in a new ERP environmentIf you thrive in change enjoy problemsolving and are energized by building strong teams and scalable processes this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make an You Will Do Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead coach and develop a team of Project Accountants and AR CoordinatorsFoster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvementSet clear expectations deadlines and priorities and ensure followthroughBilling & Accounts Receivable OversightOversee the endtoend billing process to ensure accurate timely invoices are issued in accordance with contracts and project progressMonitor collections and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes and accelerate cash receiptsDrive initiatives to continuously improve credit and collections processes that reduce DSO and improve cash flow predictabilityRevenue Review & Financial InsightReview monthly revenue results with business and project leaders to identify errors variances or unusual trendsApply judgment to ensure revenue aligns with standard accounting policies and contractual termsAnalyze complex spreadsheets identify inconsistencies and proactively question unexpected resultsProcess Improvement & Change LeadershipIdentify gaps inefficiencies and risks in current revenue billing and AR processesDesign and implement process improvements that scale with the businessAct as a change champion during ERP implementationhelping teams adapt adopt and succeedPartner crossfunctionally to ensure data integrity clear workflows and consistent practicesWhat you bring to the tableExperience & Technical SkillsProven experience leading a billing and/or accounts receivable teamBachelors degree in business administration Finance Marketing Economics or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.58 years of experience in Revenue Operations Sales Operations Business Operations or related roles with at least 23 years in a leadership or managerial accounting knowledge and understanding of standard accounting policiesAdvanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze complex data identify anomalies and question unexpected resultsExperience in Architecture Engineering or professional services is a strong assetExposure to ERP implementations or system transformations is highly desirableLeadership & MindsetA natural influencer who brings people along through changeProcessoriented analytical and comfortable challenging the status quoComfortable holding teams accountable to deadlines and commitmentsCurious and forwardthinking with interest in automation AI and continuous improvementPassionate about developing people and helping team members perform at their bestLife at WalterFedy As a national innovative multi-discipline design and construction collective our ambition goes beyond great design we are here to enhance the world around us.
