Job Summary
In ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Poland we are currently looking for a position of Pricing & CRM Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analyticalPricing and CRM Coordinatorto join our commercial this position you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the companys pricing strategy by implementing supervising price and customer relation flow. Your work will directly contribute pricing efficiency and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain price listsfrom in company ERP
- Develop set up and managediscount gridsfor customers
- Conductprice analysesacross product categories to identify opportunities for optimization and margin improvement
- Managing CRM Data quality
- Support Sales teams with CRM usage
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience inpricing sales operations finance or a related analytical role (experience in manufacturing or distribution is an asset)
- Stronganalytical and numerical skillswith the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency inExcel and familiarity withCRM / ERP systems(experience with SAP Microsoft Dynamics or similar is a plus)
- Understanding ofpricing structures margin analysis and discount models
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- English and Polish proficiency (both written and spoken)
