The Management Department in the College of Business at the University of Texas at Arlington invites applications for a Professor of Instruction Open Rank- accordance with USCIS regulations successful applicants must be legally able to accept work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The Professor of Instruction will be expected to teach at the graduate and undergraduate level depending on needs and addition to teaching the appointee will perform service duties in the Department of Management to assist curriculum development and student success in the College of Business.
Required Qualifications
A Masters degree in HR or a Related Field at an AACSB accredited university is required to be considered. We seek individuals who are dedicated to student success and work well in a collegial interdisciplinary department.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have their PhD in management strategic management human resources organizational behavior or a related field. Preferred candidates will have HR experience and teaching experience.
