MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible to maximize profits maintain food / beverage / service quality good performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum1 (one)year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand
- Good communication skills
- Certificate/ Diploma in food and beverage/ hospitality management
- Computer literate
- Motivator and self-starters
- Displays initiative
- Commitment to professional values
- Team leader/ builder
- People oriented
- Creative/ open-minded or dynamic personality
- Strong command of the F&B operations
- Good understanding of procurement functions pricing strategies as well as sales & marketing methods
- Flexible and adaptable to different working locations
