Job Description
We are an established industrial computer manufacturer seeking a dependable Metal Grinder to support our production and fabrication operations. This role is responsible for grinding finishing and preparing metal components used in rugged industrial computer systems.
Responsibilities
- Grind deburr and finish metal parts using hand and bench grinders
- Remove sharp edges and surface defects to meet quality standards
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and workmanship
- Follow blueprints work instructions and safety guidelines
- Maintain tools and keep work area clean and organized
- Work closely with fabrication and assembly teams to meet production goals
Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous metal grinding or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
