Role Overview
You will be working on a mission-critical FX tradingplatform focused on low-latency high-throughput systems. The rolerequires deep expertise in Java SE strong understanding of JVMinternals and the ability to design and evolve highly scalablearchitectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a high-performance electronic trading platform
- Ensure code quality security and performance standards
- Design and implement low-latency high-load systems
- Participate in full SDLC: analysis design development testing and release
- Collaborate with production support teams (L3 support)
- Contribute to refactoring and modernization initiatives
- Work closely with business stakeholders to validate requirements and deliver solutions
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in Java SE (Core Java)
- Deep understanding of multithreading concurrency and performance tuning
- Knowledge of JVM internals: Garbage Collection Memory Model JIT compilation
- Experience designing low-latency and high-throughput systems
- Solid experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Strong background in system design and non-functional requirements
Nice to Have
- Experience with C# / .NET
- Background in electronic trading platforms or financial systems
- Knowledge of FX markets or exchange trading
- Experience in refactoring legacy systems and migration projects
- Exposure to Business Analysis (user stories requirements gathering)
- Leadership experience and ability to mentor developers
