Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Seek out and assess pilot proposals scripts and pitches.
- Recruit new creative talent.
- Work with writers to develop story and scripts.
- Oversee all creative aspects of development production and post-production.
- Serve as primary liaison between the scripted department and all other departments including Casting Production Marketing Press Research Business and Legal Affairs.
- 9 years of creative executive experience
- Experience working with other departments such as casting production research PR business and legal affairs
- Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development production and post production
- Experience across several areas of unscripted production/development/commissioning.
- Experience working at a premium television network or a world-class production company
- Experience managing film and television development and production and ability to shepherd a project from idea to launch

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
