Key Responsibilities:
- Has a good knowledge of the developments in the Belgian Third Party Wealth market
- Serves as the primary relationship manager for allocated accounts in Belgium
- Acts as a consultant by understanding clients strategies risk profiles and operational needs
- Provides insights on market trends product developments and performance updates to clients and team members
- Supports business development by identifying opportunities for cross-selling or expanding product usage within existing client relationships
- Ensures adherence to regulatory standards and internal governance policies across all client interactions
- Delivers presentations and performance reviews and is responsible for strategic account plans
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of client service processes and relationship management best practices
- Maintains accurate sales pipeline data tracks client activity and contributes to meeting Netherlands sales targets
- Contributes to client retention and satisfaction by maintaining strong communication and proactive service delivery
- Brings a minimum of 5 years of experience in Belgian Finance preferably in Asset Management or Wealth
- Fluent in French English and Dutch
- Holds at least a bachelors degree in a relevant field
