Summary:
Reuters is seeking a meticulous and proactive Senior Operations Analyst to join our Global Operations team in Bangalore. This role is integral to ensuring the integrity efficiency and compliance of our contract and freelancer management processes. You will play a key part in documentation compliance maintaining critical processes and driving process efficiencies across global teams. About the Role:
As a Senior Operations Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Leading contract cleanup activities navigating legal complexities and supporting freelancer country reviews by providing data and analysis.
- Liaising with corporate secretariats to validate and maintain the LE signatory list used for contract creation and ensuring updates are accessible to Global team.
- Maintaining settlement agreements templates and trackers to ensure up-to-date and accurate records.
- Conduct revamp of our resource site architecture on Atrium streamlining access to contracts and forms and other critical information and ensuring broader teams are informed where documents reside.
- Overseeing the contracts mailbox including considering decommissioning options and ensuring timely uploads.
- Ensuring maintenance of Contract Express including uploads and adherence to distinct naming conventions for contracts settlements and incident reports.
- Identifying and implementing process efficiencies to optimize contract and compliance workflows.
- Ensuring training and acting as backup to our Global Admins on our non-AP vetting tools (Third Party Risk Management).
- Solving complex issues and data requests efficiently.
About you:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in document management contract administration or compliance operations.
- Proficiency in Excel (including advanced functionality and Power BI a plus) and familiarity with contract management systems.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Ability to collaborate across teams cultures and geographies.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience; experience in a large international company or media organization is a plus.
