Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing mobility and meals.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident needs
• Adhere to individualized care plans and communicate changes or concerns to the clinical team
• Create a safe clean and positive environment that promotes residents independence and well-being

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Caregiver Certification is required for the Caregiver position.
• A genuine passion for working with seniors
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
