Just-In Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to join our team on a PRN basis to conduct client assessments and assist with caregiver training.
This role is ideal for nurses looking for flexible supplemental income while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals receiving care in their homes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial in-home client assessments
Perform routine client reassessments and update care plans as needed
Provide caregiver training and competency evaluations
Communicate clinical observations and recommendations to the office team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Compensation:
Initial Client Assessment: $90 per visit
Client Re-Assessment: $60 per visit
Caregiver Training / Administrative Time: $35 per hour

Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state with 2 years experience
Home care hospice geriatric or community health experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Reliable transportation for local client visits

Compensation: $35.00 per hour
