The GTM Operations & Strategy team is focused on solving some of Plaids most pressing business issues. We are a small team of individuals with complementary skill this role you will work collaboratively across Product Sales Marketing Partnerships Ops and Strategic Finance teams on a variety of strategic initiatives with a direct and quantifiable impact on our customers partners and P&L. You will identify actionable insights assess their impact and lead execution & implementation. The role requires someone who is highly analytical and strategic approaches problems in a structured manner and is comfortable with ambiguity.
Responsiblities
Support day-to-day revenue operations of a fast growing Revenue team
Develop and track key revenue metrics through dashboards and reporting. Analyze data to drive execution and identify opportunities for operational improvement and strategic decision-making
Initiate manage and successfully execute new cross-functional initiatives that increase alignment and create synergies across Plaid
Establish and maintain efficient operating model for GTM Revenue team including running monthly business reviews and driving analysis to assess GTM performance
Qualifications
A passion for financial services innovation
4-6 years of experience including 2 years of business operations or revenue operations investment banking or management consulting
Strong analytical financial modeling and presentation skills
Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build productive and positive relationships across the organization
Familiarity with BI tools and CRM systems including Salesforce Tableau knowledge of SQL

$134400 - $159600 a year
The target base salary for this position ranges from $134400/year to $159600/year in San Francisco and New York.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission (if applicable) equity and benefits. The pay range shown on each job posting is the minimum and maximum target for new-hire salaries. Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on factors like skills experience and relevant education or training.
