Your Mission:
As a Product Manager - Platform youll be reporting into our product team and working as a key member of our Technology Foundations team youll shape the platforms that power everything we build from internal tools to production infrastructure.
The team spans our cloud infrastructure and operational tooling along with key crosscutting capabilities such as access management data warehouse & pipelines and early AI foundations. You will own the platform product roadmap and prioritise and define our platform capabilities ensuring they evolve from individual systems into cohesive scalable internal products. This a key role as we are scaling and your mission is to bridge product and technical execution collaborating with engineers across the organization to deliver resilient scalable and developer-friendly infrastructure.
You will:
Define and communicate the platform strategy - unifying cloud security workplace and data foundations into a coherent product roadmap that enables our teams.
Drive the discovery and definition process partnering with engineering data and product teams to identify developer pain points internal process bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
Enhance CI/CD observability incident management and infrastructure as code to drive scalability resilience and speed across all engineering teams.
Explore and implement AI-powered improvements in developer productivity monitoring and automation (e.g. AWS or Datadog integrations).
Reduce cognitive load through high-quality abstractions self-serve tools and documentation that will improve developers experience.
Enable Cross-functional teams by creating shared services and reusable tooling that benefit multiple teams and domains across .
Define KPIs to measure platform reliability & adoption developer satisfaction delivery speed data quality and system efficiency.
You will be successful in this role if:
You have gained extensive experience as a product manager with a strong track record building technical platforms or infrastructure products. Your path to product management can have taken some twists and turns but prepared you well for working in cross-functional teams alongside infrastructure engineers & other domain experts.
You have worked closely with engineering and DevOps teams on platform tooling automation or internal systems.
You understand backend systems distributed architectures observability stacks and CI/CD frameworks.
You are at ease operating across complex technical domains like cloud data internal tooling and AI productivity systems.
You are technically literate capable of bridging the gap between the needs of non technical stakeholders and the platforms they use for self-service
You think in systems and leverage knowing when to build for today and when to design for scale.
You have curiosity for AIs role in platformization and are comfortable experimenting with new technologies and are comfortable experimenting with new technologies.
You thrive on ownership. You are intrinsically motivated to create impact by delivering high quality outcomes for our customers by taking initiative and challenging the status quo.
You have a collaborative mindset. Working together as a team and sharing knowledge comes natural to you. While you will have a lot of autonomy delivering your projects you understand the necessity of cross-functional work a certain pragmatism & dedication to our mission.
You are a great communicator. Bringing alignment across multiple teams and problem spaces and capable of bridging the gap between the needs of non technical stakeholders and the platforms they use for self-service.
