Responsibilities

Documentation Management:
- Prepare process and distribute daily shipment documentation for all inbound and outbound services ensuring compliance with customs regulations and other requirements.
Team Collaboration:
- Work in a team environment communicating with contractors tenants operating areas and core team members to complete job duties.
Responsibilities may vary depending on assignment location (rail or trucks):
- Trucks:
  - Create and process inbound/outbound paperwork for all deliveries.
  - Coordinate with Logistics to ensure deliveries are met.
  - Responsible for accurate weight entry for multiple departments coordination of plant moves and ensuring all deliveries comply with DOT regulations.
- Rail:
  - Assign railcars to meet both internal and external customer needs while maximizing the utilization of the Texas Operations (TXO)-based railcar fleet.
  - Prepare daily switch lists for in-plant railcar movements and outbound shipments.

Work Schedule: Work rotating eight- and ten-hour day shifts that cover seven days a week including occasional overtime.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a valid drivers license
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be willing to work rotating eight- and ten-hour day schedules including weekends potentially holidays and occasional overtime

Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
Excellent communication skills
Initiative and effective use of time and resources
Ability to prioritize work handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines
Patient pleasant and service-oriented
Team player willing to assist others during downtime
Respect for confidentiality of personal and sensitive information
Punctuality professionalism and a safety mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook PowerPoint and Excel)
- Experience with SAP
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
