We are seeking an Intern to join our global Lodging Ground and Sea team where innovation knows no borders. This team leads with impactpowering the digital transformation of the hospitality and travel services industry by connecting suppliers with global travel sellers. As an Intern in our LGS team you will gain exposure to the technology powering hotels car rentals and rail services. You will support our analysts and consultants in optimizing product performance assisting with documentation and participating in projects that enhance our global travel platform. This role requires a proactive learner who is eager to understand the intersection of technology and the travel industry while developing professional skills in a global environment.

Internship period: 3 months from May 2026 onwards.

Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis and documentation of business and/or technical requirements for lodging and ground travel solutions.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of new features within the travel distribution platform to ensure quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather data for market trends and product performance reports.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements or new service features.
  • Maintain and update technical resources to ensure accurate information sharing across the global organization.

Preferred qualifications and education

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology Business Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Singapore Permanent Resident or Citizen.
  • Passion for the travel industry and a strong interest in how technology drives global commerce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn new software applications and technical concepts quickly with minimal supervision.
