Job Summary
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
The Senior Manager Digital Partners collaborates closely with key digital marketplace partners taking primary responsibility for those relationships and leading the development of joint business plans and performance outcomes. Internally this role partners with cross-functional teams including Marketing Merchandising Supply Chain and Analytics aligning priorities and execution through addition the Senior Manager oversees and directs a team of both Nike employees and agency partners to deliver results across Southeast Asia.

Nike is seeking a commercially strong data-driven leader who can operate hands-on today while shaping the future strategy and vision for the Digital Marketplace business across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate brings deep marketplace and platform experience takes ownership of detailed performance and demonstrates the strategic judgment to anticipate whats next. This individual is comfortable navigating ambiguity leads through influence and is driven to build strong platform partnerships that fuel sustainable growth and deliver premium consumer experiences.
Qualifications
12 years experience in digital commerce marketplaces or digital retail
Direct experience managing platforms such as Lazada Shopee TikTok or similar
Strong commercial analytical and operational execution capability
Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization
Experience managing teams and leading large cross-functional groups
Passion for sport and premium digital consumer experiences
Bachelors degree required
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
Marketplace Performance & Platform Management
Own the commercial and operational performance of Nikes Southeast Asia digital marketplace business
Be hands-on in managing key platform relationships trading cadence and day-to-day execution
Deliver revenue targets forecasts and KPIs across demand conversion and profitability
Strategic Partner Management
Own end-to-end relationships with key marketplace partners (e.g. Lazada Shopee TikTok) spanning execution and long-term growth planning
Lead joint business planning annual priorities and performance governance with platform partners
Balance platform opportunities with Nike brand standards consumer experience expectations and long-term commercial health
Strategy Vision & Future Growth
Help define and own the medium-term marketplace strategy for Southeast Asia aligned to Nikes broader digital priorities
Set a clear point of view on platform roles investment priorities and growth trade-offs
Identify and incubate new platforms business models and partnership opportunities through test-and-learn initiatives with clear success metrics
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
Directly manage a team across both Nike and its agency partners while leading a broader internal cross-functional network
Drive alignment accountability and outcomes through influence rather than authority
Establish strong operating rhythms decision clarity and effective ways of working
Assortment Campaigns & Optimization
Shape seasonal assortment and merchandising strategies by platform
Lead campaign and activation planning in partnership with marketing teams and platform partners
Analyze performance and translate insights into clear actions and decisions
Governance & Standards
Uphold Nikes standards for operational excellence risk management and brand integrity across all marketplace partnerships
