POSITION SUMMARY
We seek a compassionate Licensed Beautician/Hair Stylist to provide high-quality hair care and services to the residents of our community. This individual will play a vital role in enhancing residents self-esteem dignity and overall well-being through personal care services in a warm and respectful environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide hair care services including haircuts shampoos styling coloring perms and other grooming treatments as requested.
- Create a welcoming relaxing salon experience tailored to the needs and preferences of older adults.
- Maintain the salons cleanliness organization and sanitation in compliance with state cosmetology board requirements and infection control protocols.
- Build positive relationships with residents family members and team members.
- Maintain appointment schedules and manage salon supplies and inventory.
- Communicate any resident concerns or changes in condition to appropriate staff.
- Ensure compliance with all community policies safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Certificates:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a Licensed beautician per state requirements.
Experience Competencies and Skills:
- At least 6 months of experience as a hair stylist is preferred.
- Able to work independently and follow scheduled plans.
- Maintaining composure in stressful situations and treating our residents with respect and dignity.
- Customer service mindset patience and compassion.
