Job Summary
The Aspenwood Company has an opportunity for Contract Hair Salon Operator/Manager at our Village at the Triangle location an Independent and Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community.
Position Overview
We are seeking a talented service-driven Contract Hair Salon Operator/Manager to lead and operate a high-end salon within our luxury senior living community. This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while delivering exceptional salon services in an elegant hospitality-focused environment.
- Oversee daily salon operations including scheduling inventory and cleanliness
- Provide a full range of hair services (cutting styling coloring treatments manicures pedicures) tailored to residents needs
- Deliver personalized concierge-level customer service
- Build strong relationships with residents and community team members
- Maintain a luxurious and relaxing salon environment
- Manage product ordering retail displays and service pricing
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing health and safety regulations
- Recruit train and supervise additional stylists (if needed)
- Active Texas Cosmetology License (required)
- 3 years of experience as a stylist; prior management or salon ownership experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for working with seniors and providing compassionate customer centered service
- Professional appearance and commitment to high-end service standards
- Entrepreneurial mindset
