Key Responsibilities
- Hands-On ADL Support Safely assist transfers bathing grooming toileting and mobilityalways protecting dignity.
- Home Environment & Infection Control Change linens do light laundry and maintain a hazard-free sanitized space.
- Medication & Symptom Monitoring Provide reminders observe for changes and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse.
- Therapeutic Engagement Read aloud reminisce guide range-of-motion exercises or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness.
- Accurate Documentation Record care notes progress and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate).
- Minimum 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to reach clients homes.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
- Clear confident communication and a passion for relationship-centered care.
