You will build and deliver territory plans develop trusted relationships with healthcare teams and work closely with cross-functional colleagues. These responsibilities include some of the following:- Build and execute territory and account plans that deliver measurable commercial and access goals.- Engage healthcare professionals clinic staff and administrators to understand needs and recommend practical solutions.- Use data and local market insight to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities.- Coordinate with colleagues across marketing medical reimbursement and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.- Provide timely service to customers resolving access operational and administrative issues.- Track territory performance report key metrics and adapt plans to meet YouBasic QualificationWe are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales or specialty account management experience in the United States.- Proven ability to build and execute territory or account plans with measurable results.- Valid US drivers license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory including overnight travel as needed.- Comfortable working in a hybrid field-based role with regular in-person customer visits and virtual collaboration.- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present clinical and commercial information QualificationIf you have the following characteristics it would be a plus- Experience in specialty medicines infectious disease or related therapeutic areas.- Track record in territory planning forecasting and use of analytics to drive decisions.- Experience with formulary access contracting or clinic procurement processes.- Experience supporting local launches or targeted commercial campaigns.- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages relevant to the local population.- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management ModelThis role is field-based and primarily on-site across the Boston West territory. Expect frequent in-market travel to meet customers and partners.
