Role Overview
We are seeking an experiencedLife Science Project Directorto lead and deliver complex projects within our Life Sciences portfolio. You will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary teams driving client relationships and ensuring successful project execution from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale Life Science projects ensuring delivery on time budget and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs.
- Oversee project teams including internal staff and external consultants fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Manage project risks opportunities and change control processes effectively.
- Drive business development initiatives and contribute to strategic growth within the Life Sciences sector.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and Arcadis policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager in Life Sciences (pharmaceutical biotech medical devices or related sectors).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Deep understanding of Life Science project requirements regulatory environment and industry trends.
- Project management certification (PMP Prince2 or equivalent) preferred.
- Degree in Engineering Science or related discipline.
