Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and driven Quality Assurance Engineer to join our this role you will be instrumental in maintaining the exceptional quality of our back-end and front-end web applications.
Your responsibilities will include designing and executing automated tests identifying and resolving issues defining corrective measures reviewing system requirements and monitoring quality assurance metrics to ensure optimal performance.
Core Responsibilities:
Create detailed comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Estimate prioritize plan and coordinate testing activities
Design develop and execute automation scripts
Identify record document thoroughly and track bugs
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Work with the US-based Quality Lead to develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Coordinate with stakeholders and identify system requirements
Monitor debugging process results
Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
Track quality assurance metrics like defect densities and open defect counts
Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
Skills
Candidatemust haveexperience as a member of theSCRUMteam in the same/similar position.
Candidate must have already some experiences with testing tools
Candidate should have already some experiences with Test Automation
Experienceon the level of the test automation architect or programmer is Advantage
Technology stack is variable more important is to be willing and open to learn new technologies. (Windows Linux Unix AZURE C/C C#/.NET JAVA Python TypeScript Bash PowerShell GIT Some Relational and non-REL DBs such a Mongo Oracle MySQL MS SQL )
Experience with any Testing Frameworks /Libraries (Playwright Pytest Selenium Cucumber) advantage
Experiences with any object-oriented programing language is an Advantage
Candidatemust be able to work with standard collaboration tools(JIRA Confluence GIT)
Experiences with IDEare Advantage (we are using MS Studio CODE)
Location and Work Environment:
Position is based in Brno Czechia. This is a hybrid-flex position requiring presence in the office 2 days per week.
Working hours:
EMEA approx. 9am-530pm (with some flexibility)
Compensation:.
Salary Range for Czech Republic from 94 600 to 141 000 CZK gross monthly.
The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills knowledge and experience.
