Hyland is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing global TA team with a focus on supporting tech recruitment throughout the LATAM region. This is a high-impact role where youll play a pivotal part in shaping our global workforce and fueling our ambitious growth goals. As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will serve as a trusted advisor thought leader and strategic partner to the business connecting top talent with the opportunities that drive our mission forward.
Your Role Responsibilities Heres What Youll Do.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex roles including strategic individual contributors and leadership positions.
- Serve as a consultative partner to executives and senior business leaders defining workforce needs advising on talent strategy and shaping hiring decisions.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate long-term business objectives into proactive data-driven hiring plans.
- Identify and engage top passive talent using advanced sourcing tools talent intelligence and innovative market-mapping methodologies.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that strengthens our employer brand.
- Analyze talent data and trends to provide actionable insights that influence workforce planning and organizational design.
Role Essentials
- 5 years of Talent Acquisition experiencewith a data-driven approach to collaboration with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Advanced sourcing interviewing assessment and negotiation expertisein complex competitive markets.
- Exceptional communication stakeholder management and relationship-building skillswith the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience recruiting in the LATAM region specifically within the tech market.
- Fluent in English with strong discretion professionalism and attention to detail.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in a proactive talent acquisition environment
- Experience working with complex business segments and challenging recruiting environments
- Demonstrated advanced interviewing and negotiation skills
- Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with employees at various levels of the organization
- Strong organizational multi-tasking and time management skills
- Strong collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
- Able to thrive in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Strong ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Up to 10% travel time required
