We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Analyst Decision Sciences
In this role you will:
- Support the definition and design of Decision Systems Technology Strategy i.e. build Cloud based Cognitive decision infrastructure for implementation of Advance Analytics with performance at scale.
- Deliver & execute the roll out of Future State decision system across any HSBC market.
- Deliver the Decision Optimization program objectives related to development and implementation of Machine learning models access to new external data and improvement of Credit Straight through processing Turnaround time etc.
- Join up with teams to deliver a consistent Cloud based Decisioning Infrastructure across Underwriting Originations Fraud and Account Management.
- Implement best practices and standardize the change management process across various region.
- Create global standard service levels & deliver management information report to support operational monitoring of Future Decision Systems service.
To be successful you will:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in any of the discipline like Computer Science IT Operations Research Economics Mathematics from a reputed university or MCA from a reputed university.
- Experience on Python programing Git GitHub Python Test Framework (PyTest) Visual Studio Code (VS Code). Knowledge on python code quality guidelines (PEP 8 SonarQube)
- Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
- Strong communication stakeholder management presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience on Big Query.
- Experience on working with Jenkins Pipelines (CI/CD) Airflow DAGs
- Experience on building user interfaces (UIs) using technologies like React JS Vue JS
- Experience on credit decisioning product(s) E.g. Experian Power Curve SMg3 SAS Intelligent Decisioning Provenir etc.
