Job Summary
What You Will Do (Next 12-18 months):
Lead key strategic projects supporting senior stakeholders to crack diverse and highly demanding problems.
Help define the future of our platform working on making it more accessible and mapping out paths to sustainable profitability.
Build and coach a strong team of Strategy Analysts (IC1s) breaking down large projects into manageable workstreams for them to support.
Qualifications :
What You Bring to the Table (Must-Haves):
5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting investment banking corporate strategy or a fast-paced analytical role within a high-growth environment.
A tertiary qualification in business finance economics STEM or a related field (top-tier academic background or business school preferred).
Highly strategic and structured thinking: you know how to break down and analyze problems at their root.
An entrepreneurial mindset: you are comfortable navigating extreme ambiguity taking ownership of results and creatively problem-solving.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply and manage expectations across a wide range of stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize effectively and lead multiple project workstreams concurrently and independently.
A keen interest in tech platform businesses and last-mile logistics.
Nice-to-Haves
Demonstrated track record of translating practical recommendations into concrete action and results.
Intermediate SQL skills and proficiency in G-Suite (Sheets Slides).
