What youll build

Help deliver a better tomorrow in the world of work by supporting a leading Customer Success Team foucsed on making customers successful with SAP Success Factors. Responsibility include but are not limited to:

• Contribute to customer facing projects such as webinars training sessions community initiatives or event management .
• Support team operations: schedule meetings coordinate internal follow-ups and assist with small projects like webinars or feedback collection.
• Support Product Sponsorship Program by helping arrange meetings track deliverables and developing materials
• Asssit RVP by providing ad hoc analysis and research contributing towards projects.

What you bring

• Student at University or Apprentice
• Preferred fields of study or interests HR Psychology Business Management
• AI Literate
• Fluent in English. German and French desirable but not essential
• Strong interest in tech
• Team player can do / art of the possible mindset organization project skills
• Working from ideally Zurich office. Prilly office will be considered
• Preferable experience in a large corporate environment

Where you belong

The HCM Customer Success Team deliver the promise SAP made to customers when they invested in Success Factors. This is a high performing team of CSMs who will provide a development gymnasium for a working student.

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
