The Analyst Cost & Performance Management is responsible for analyzing financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making optimize costs and enhance organizational performance. This role bridges finance operations and strategy by providing insights that drive efficiency and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Management:

  • Analyze and monitor cost across all Global OPS Workpackages & Projects ensures alignment through the various functions (such as EAC Releases) to meet objectives.

  • Compare actual costs to budgets and investigate variances to lead corrective actions

  • Define budget requirement and support standard costing processes through should cost review & Bid

  • Drives forecast accuracy by analyzing historical trends refining financial models and continuously monitoring variances to align projections with actual performance including EVMS profile for all critical program

Performance Management:

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with strategic OKRs.

  • Conduct performance analysis to identify trends inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement performance improvement initiatives. Holds cost impact authority to determine whether an initiative should or should not be implemented

  • Prepare and present performance dashboards and reports to stakeholders.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Create clear concise reports and presentations for senior management & Executives

  • Translate complex data into actionable insights.

Minimal Qualifications

  • A bachelors degree preferably in finance.

  • Ability to write reports respond to questions and present information to various stakeholders.

  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.

  • Familiarity with an integrated management system preferably ORACLE.

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment multitask and meet deadlines independently.

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to define problems gather information establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

  • Ability to interpret a variety of technical and non-technical instructions and handle multiple concrete and abstract variables simultaneously.

  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
