Elevate the Customer you detail-driven and energized by keeping orders moving smoothly from entry to delivery As a Customer Service Specialist youll play a critical role in ensuring seamless order management accurate fulfillment and proactive customer this role youll manage complex order flows monitor inventory and shipments and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customers receive the right producton time every Youll DoAs a Customer Service Specialist you will:Ensure order accuracy and integrity managing precise data entry and proactively resolving pricing discrepanciesManage complex order programs supporting daily weekly import and seasonal orders across domestic and international facilitiesMonitor inventory and inbound containers communicating proactively about delays shortages or production issuesCoordinate shipment readiness calculating pallet and truck volumes and entering shipment data into customer portalsTrack must-arrive-by-date compliance partnering with distribution centers and 3PL teams to resolve delivery risksInspect and verify product labeling completing testing reports and coordinating third-party testing submissionsMaintain performance reporting preparing weekly sales fill-rate and service-level updates for customers and internal stakeholdersDevelop data-driven insights creating Excel-based reports to support sales procurement planning marketing and warehouse teamsServe as a cross-functional partner collaborating closely with logistics sales marketing and operations to resolve issuesAdapt to shifting priorities balancing multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracyWhy This Role MattersCustomer experience depends on precision and proactive communication.
