Fonctions essentielles du poste:
- Gérer ou diriger des équipes responsables des services dinfrastructure et superviser leurs activités quotidiennes.
- Soutien à lélaboration et à lexécution de stratégies et de projets dinfrastructure. Surveiller et maintenir les performances la disponibilité et la sécurité des systèmes dinfrastructure.
- Collaborer avec dautres équipes ou clients pour comprendre et répondre à leurs besoins dinfrastructure.
- Mettre en œuvre et adhérer aux meilleures pratiques et normes dinfrastructure.
- Agir en tant que point de contact pour résoudre les problèmes et les incidents liés à linfrastructure.
- Aider à la création et à la maintenance de la documentation sur linfrastructure.
- Participer à loptimisation de lallocation des ressources pour les projets et les initiatives dinfrastructure.
Qualifications de base:
- Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent ou une combinaison équivalente détudes et dexpérience
- 7 ans dexpérience de travail pertinente dans lindustrie avec un minimum de 3 ans dans un rôle similaire
- Expérience éprouvée dans la gestion de la technologie de linfrastructure
- Compétences en gestion de projet et en connaissances techniques
- Un apprenant continu qui reste au courant des connaissances et de la technologie de lindustrie
Autres qualifications
- Un diplôme détudes supérieures dans un domaine pertinent est un plus
- Les certifications pertinentes telles que CCNP AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner ou CompTIA Project sont un plus

Infrastructure Manager ( Bilingual/Dorval)
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage and lead teams responsible for infrastructure services and oversee their daily activities.
- Support in the development and execution of infrastructure strategies and projects.
- Monitor and maintain the performance availability and security of infrastructure systems.
- Collaborate with other teams or customers to understand and address their infrastructure needs.
- Implement and adhere to infrastructure best practices and standards.
- Act as a point of contact for resolving infrastructure-related issues and incidents.
- Assist in creating and maintaining infrastructure documentation.
- Participate in optimizing resource allocation for infrastructure projects and initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in infrastructure technology management
- Proficiencies in project management and technical knowledge
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or CompTIA Project are a plus
This is a bilingual role French and English
