What Youll Do:
- Lead and coordinate personalized care plans
- Mentor and support fellow caregivers
- Build meaningful connections with clients and their families
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing dressing medication reminders and mobility support
- Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in condition
- Promote a positive respectful and compassionate atmosphere
What Were Looking For:
- Previous caregiving experience (home care assisted living or healthcare)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Compassionate patient and dependable nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for improving lives and making a real difference
