Job Summary

  • Perform traffic control and flagging duties on job sites and public/private roadways
  • Use hand signals and traffic control devices to safely direct traffic
  • Communicate with other Flaggers/TSTs via hand-held radios to manage two-way traffic
  • Inform construction crews of traffic-related safety concerns
  • Set up and remove warning signs barricades cones and detours
  • Maintain a safe professional work zone at all times
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments
  • Availability to work nights weekends and travel out of town
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in active traffic environments
  • Valid state flagging certification preferred
    • Company-provided flagger certification available FREE during April
  • Reliable transportation

Additional Information :

  • Seasonal part-time employment (spring through summer)
  • Nights and weekends required
  • Paid travel time and per diem for out-of-town assignments
  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience
