The Inventory Manager oversees the ordering storing receiving and distribution processes of Tates products and supplies. The manager controls the flow of supplies and equipment tracking and analyzing inventory maintenance and developing protocols for loss mitigation.

How you will contribute
Job Duties -
Designing and implementing an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures.
Examine the levels of raw materials and supplies to determine shortages.
Document daily shipments and deliveries to replenish inventory.
Create detailed reports for adjustments inventory operations and stock levels.
Evaluating new inventory ensuring its ready to ship.
Develop business relationships with suppliers and clients.
Communicates with inventory and warehouse employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues.
Responsible for all applicable Company procedures and policies including Mondelez Quality Policies.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with FDA SQF FSSC New York State and other regulatory requirements to assure food safety & quality.
Other related duties as assigned.
What you will bring:
Work Experience (Required/Preferred) -
4 years of experience in logistics for
wholesale distribution or retail supply chain Required
2 years in a leadership role Required
Skills/Abilities -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities.
Strong knowledge of inventory policies and procedures.
Strong systems skills including proficiency with integrated software applications.
Experience conducting tracking and data analysis.
Ability to perform detailed work in an accurate and organized manner.
Familiarity with end-to-end logistics operations.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain focus while performing a task.
Must be able to work around moving equipment.
Ability to lift push and pull up to 35 lbs.
Must be able to wear safety toe shoes for entire shift
Must be able to stand during entire work shift of 7 hours (not including rest and meal periods).
Ability to communicate in English and possess basic reading and writing skills to effectively understand and complete work-related documents safety protocols and instructions.
Education (Required/Preferred) -
Bachelors degree in business logistics
Supply chain or similar Required
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $86900 to $119515; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
