SupplyTech is driving the future of advertising across Amazons owned and operated properties. We maximize publisher value by delivering compelling ad experiences across video audio display and emerging formats. Our organization owns the end-to-end monetization strategy and ad execution for 30 publisher properties including Prime Video Twitch Fire TV Alexa IMDb Amazon Business Physical Stores and Podcast Publishers.

As a SupplyTech technologist youll have end-to-end ownership of the product user experience design and technology required to deliver state-of-the-art experiences for our customers. Youll get to work on projects that are fast-paced challenging and varied. Youll also be able to experiment with new possibilities take risks and collaborate with remarkable people. This product leader should have a successful track record of leading complex cross-organizational product initiatives from concept to successful launch with measurable business impact.

Are you excited about shaping the future of media monetization We are seeking an inventive and analytical leader to define and lead Publisher Yield and Go-To-Market of their ad products. You will lead the charge in monetizing our ad offerings through innovative supply intelligence and yield management strategies. Your primary mission will be to design a supply segmentation and forecasting system that identifies high- mid- and lower-value supply cohorts across both our owned and operated properties as well as 3P properties secured through commercial agreements.

Once defining a scaled service for supply value and forecasting youll then craft a yield strategy that align this supply value tiers to appropriate buying models and/or demand channelse.g. Only PG Deals can buy into top-tier supply or Local demand is only available via Auctionwith the goal of maximizing service-level supply utilization.

Key job responsibilities
- Design Yield Strategies: Map supply tiers to different buying models and demand channels (e.g. PG vs PA vs PD) to optimize monetization across advertiser segments
- Invent and Implement Supply Segmentation: Develop a robust system to classify supply into high medium and lower-value cohorts across our streaming TV and partner inventories
- Define Forecasting Capabilities: Develop requirements for a forecasting system that enables accurate supply volume predictions by tier supporting strategic planning and sales commitments
- Optimize Revenue and Customer Experience: Drive measurable improvements in RPOM while maintaining viewer satisfaction by ensuring supply allocation serves diverse advertiser needs at appropriate price points

- 11 years of end to end product delivery experience
- 10 years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelors degree or above
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition throughout the product life cycle from concept to end of lifecycle
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements prioritize features and influence product roadmaps
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences including executive level stakeholders or clients
- Experience in management with demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to take on and create new assignments

- Experience working directly with engineering teams
- Experience in project management including resource planning managing schedules reporting project status and prioritizing tasks
- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Experience assessing portfolio opportunity to make the appropriate long term strategic investments while maintaining the short-term delivery of leads
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Masters degree or above in management business administration economics engineering marketing
- Experience with digital products and interactive entertainment

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
