Job Description:
About the Role
Join the Americas Logistics team and help drive operational excellence across Microchips dynamic supply chain. As a new graduate youll gain handson experience supporting logistics operations inventory controls and crossfunctional process improvements. Youll collaborate with teams across Operations Planning Purchasing and Quality while learning Microchips ERP systems and core business processes. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are curious datadriven and excited to help deliver worldclass customer satisfaction through streamlined logistics and supply chain execution.
What Youll Do
Logistics Operations
- Support daily logistics activities including ERP transactions inventory updates customs documentation warehouse coordination shipment expediting and freight cost analysis.
- Analyze product flow across production and distribution to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Help maintain accurate records inventory audits and compliance documentation.
Systems & Data
- Train on Microchip ERP systems (BAAN AX2012 LN) and internal logistics tools (SA tool reporting dashboards).
- Use Excel PowerPoint and analytics tools to summarize data build reports and present insights to management.
- Contribute to periodic reporting activities and provide data support for decisionmaking.
Continuous Improvement
- Assist in the development and enhancement of warehouse processes inventory procedures and operational standards.
- Identify opportunities to optimize cost efficiency and service levels.
- Support special projects and priority initiatives led by the Americas Logistics Manager.
Communication & Collaboration
- Share updates challenges and progress with the Americas Logistics Manager and crossfunctional partners.
- Create written and verbal reports as needed for leadership.
- Work effectively across multiple teams and sites to support Microchips customerdriven culture.
Who You Are
- Current student in a bachelors degree program in supply chain MIS Business Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and learn new systems.
- Organized detailoriented and proactive.
- Interested in logistics supply chain operations and continuous improvement.
- Collaborative adaptable and eager to grow in a fastpaced global environment.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing bachelors/masters degree
- Understanding basic supply chain concepts such as inbound/outbound logistics inventory accuracy freight flows and how warehouse and transportation activities support ontime delivery.
- Ability to look at data or processes identify inefficiencies or trends and support improvement initiatives with clear factbased insights.
- Clear written and verbal communication responsiveness and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional partners (planning warehouses freight forwarders and managers).
- Ability to learn and work in ERP systems (e.g. AX/LN/BAAN) and use Excel to analyze data track issues and support reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.
