Our client a global outsourcing and technology company is seeking a senior-level technology leader to take ownership of digital workplace and IT service delivery across key client portfolios.
This role is both operational and strategic requiring someone who can ensure stability in day-to-day services while also driving improvements managing projects and contributing to broader growth discussions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking full ownership of IT operations across assigned client portfolios
- Leading service reviews focused on SLA performance delivery metrics and ongoing initiatives
- Driving service improvement plans productivity gains and cost optimisation
- Ensuring compliance with internal standards audit requirements and information security practices
- Acting as the key link between clients and internal delivery teams
- Managing and tracking major incidents including root cause visibility and trend analysis
- Overseeing operational environments including assets infrastructure and service standards
- Leading projects such as new implementations transitions and site buildouts
- Collaborating with global teams and subject matter experts to ensure consistent delivery
Key requirements:- A relevant degree is required with postgraduate qualifications being an advantage
- 12 to 14 years of relevant experience including leadership within large-scale IT operations environments
- Proven experience managing end-to-end service delivery including ownership of assets and operational performance
- Strong technical understanding across infrastructure including networking systems voice and enterprise applications
- Experience working with IT service management frameworks with certifications such as ITIL being advantageous
- Exposure to project delivery methodologies and managing implementations or transitions
- The ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience supporting large user environments (thousands of users)
- You should also be comfortable working across global teams and time zones with exposure to multi-region delivery models being beneficial
