As a Training Team Leader you will be:

Lead the training team responsible for identifying and assessing training needs creating tailored training plans and implementing various training methods to enhance employees skills and performance. By overseeing our training initiatives play a vital role in driving employee growth and ensuring the achievement of our business goals.

The responsibilities and the impact YOU will have:

  • Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
  • Deploying a wide variety of training methods
  • Devising and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Identifying training needs designing relevant programs and assessing their impact on employee performance and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure employees receive the necessary training to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Enhancing employee skills improving performance increasing productivity and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness and success periodically and report on them.
  • Provide opportunities for ongoing development.
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends developments and best practices.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
  • Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
  • For those who supervise or manage a staff responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition if applicable
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal State local and Company regulations policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed.

We would love to hear from YOU if you have the following essential requirements:

  • BS degree in education human resources or a relevant field with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Track record of leading teams. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs. Learning Management System (LMS) experience is preferred.
  • Ability to plan multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Strong mentoring coaching and leadership skills are required. Knowledge of Process Excellence/Six Sigma tools and methodologies preferred.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes is required. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) regulations preferred.
  • Flexible work ethic. Drive energy and enthusiasm for delivering to commitments.
  • Strong influencing skills and have good Problem-Solving skills.
  • Excellent planning & organizational skills with an attention for detail.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is63300.00 to 101315.00.

In addition to base pay we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location where the actual amount is based on the employees and companies performance of the previous calendar year or sales commissions. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone Orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes.
