Job Summary

Position Role: WTE post responsible for control and coordination of all Organisation and G3 O&D matters within AITC. Manages the HQs liability current and future structures as well as coordination of FGen of Individual Augmentee (IA) trawls STTTs and UK Ops across the 2* command.

Responsibilities:

1. Principal SO2 Staff Officer to COS AITC.

2. Responsible for coordination of all Individual Trawls STTT FGen and UK Ops across the Command.

3. Responsible for all operational and non-operational augmentation matters across AITC.

4. Principal SO2 dealing with organisational and structural matters across AITC.

5. Principal SO2 dealing with liability and personnel issues across AITC.

6. Deliver projects as directed by COS AITC primarily Basic Training Adaptation Plan (BTAP) activity.

7. Represents HQ AITC at a range of committees and working groups across SJC & AITC.

8. Deputises as XO AITC and MA to GOC AITC as required.
