As a Proposition Development Strategist within our Healthcare Development team you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our Boots Health programme driving innovative propositions that enhance our healthcare ecosystem and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and Deliver: Develop the new Healthcare Advantage customer proposition a digitally-led Health & Wellness Coach initiative collaborating closely with Digital Data Loyalty and Technology teams to ensure strong commercial outcomes and a seamless customer experience.

  • Drive Growth: Lead cross-functional initiatives build robust business cases and commercial models and facilitate key programme meetings to accelerate transformation outcomes as part of our three-year roadmap.

  • Expand Our Offerings: Shape the future pipeline of propositions exploring opportunities in corporate B2B and with the NHS to improve health outcomes.

  • Lead with a One Health Mindset: Oversee the end-to-end development of connected healthcare propositions across Boots UK Boots Opticians Boots Hearingcare and our partners to strengthen our ecosystem.

  • Meet Key KPIs: Ensure that all key performance indicators and timeframes are met for this vital pillar of the programme.

What Youll Need to Have

To thrive in this role you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in digital or store channels with a strong ability to build business cases commercial models and growth plans focused on customer needs.

  • Proven experience in cross-functional leadership with the agility to influence a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Experience managing projects/programmes at a management level confidently collaborating with digital/technology teams on roadmaps business cases and MVPs.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for stakeholder updates governance forums and business papers.

  • A growth mindset that embraces change and innovation.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • A solid understanding of the health and wellness markets.

  • Experience partnering with clinical/clinical governance teams.

  • Familiarity with test-and-learn approaches.
