Job Description
Join National Windscreens a leading independent windscreen repair and replacement company in the UK. We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join our friendly and professional team in OXFORD.
With a nationwide network of fitting centres modern fleet of vehicles and state of the art tools; National Windscreens services some of the best insurers fleets and local businesses across the UK.
What will you be doing
- As the leader of your branch youll play a pivotal role in building and steering your team towards success igniting their potential to deliver top-notch performance whilst ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
- You will engage with professional customer relations building trust and maximising the opportunity to convert potential enquires into customers.
- Utilising the IT systems you will complete office administration tasks including stock management and arranging customer appointments.
- You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment for yourself your colleagues and your customers.
