Your work profile
ServiceNow Consultant/Developer with 58 years of experience delivering end-to-end solutions across ITOM/GRC/ITAM modules. Strong expertise in requirement analysis solution design configuration integrations and production support. Proven ability to implement scalable workflows improve CMDB data quality automate enterprise processes and support large-scale ServiceNow environments with high stability and performance standards
Key skills required
- Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITOM/GRC/ITAM modules.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and design scalable efficient and compliant ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow components including forms workflows business rules and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules.
- Provide advisory services and thought leadership on platform best practices governance and optimization.
- Drive stakeholder communication project planning and risk management.
- Conduct testing deployment and post-implementation support.
- Mentor and support junior team members in technical and functional areas.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including technical designs test cases and release notes.
- Education- UG and Above Information Technology or a related field.
- 35 years of hands-on experience with theServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of at least one of the following modules:
- GRC:Policy & Compliance Risk Management Audit Vendor Risk IRM
- ITOM:Discovery CMDB Event Management Service Mapping
- ITAM:HAM SAM
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model architecture and integration frameworks.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and documentation skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional global delivery teams.
