Job Summary
Vice President
Program and Project Delivery Management: Life sciences
End-to-End Delivery Management: Oversee the successful delivery of multiple complex programs and projects for the life sciences client across various areas such as discovery Pre-clinical R&D Mfg commercial patient centricity cloud transformation digital transformation and regulatory compliance.
Project Execution: Ensure that projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget while maintaining the highest quality standards by bringing in productivity using automation and gen AI tools and accelerators.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues and take corrective actions to keep projects on track and mitigate any potential roadblocks.
NICE TO HAVE:
Additional Responsibility: Good handle of operational parameters
Introduce automation tools to optimize project tracking and reporting efficiency.
P&L and Financial Management:
P&L Ownership: Own and manage the P&L for the account ensuring profitable delivery cost optimization and financial health.
Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets forecasts and project costs to ensure financial targets are met. Provide regular financial reports to senior leadership.
