Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional strategies for Engineered Polymer and Medical Devices in IMEA
- Translate global strategies into actionable regional plans and ensure seamless execution in the region
- Develop and implement channel strategies including distributor channel management for IMEA region across MD& EP businesses
- Lead weekly monthly and annual sales tracking cadence to ensure target delivery
- Lead and manage annual sales target development processes for AOP development
- Direct the technical marketing team for new opportunity identification for Medical Polymers
- Supervise Medical Polymers sales operation stock planning customer projects and growth initiatives
- Manage senior level relationships with key customers and industry experts
- Monitor CRM compliance and other system related compliances
- Build and lead a high-performing diverse team that is agile and future-ready.
Requirements (education experience competencies and specific job requirements):
- Engineering graduate MBA preferred
- 12-18 years experience in sales including 3 years in commercial leadership in similar organizations
- Strategy development and implementation experience
- Specialty chemicals Engineered Polymers or Medical devices experience
- Strategic thinking skill People leadership experience
- Problem solving analytical skills
